Cause
以前のバックアップ ソフトウェアでは、ゲスト仮想マシンのボリューム シャドウ コピー サービスのためのサービス アカウントがADアカウントに設定されていました。
Resolution
手順
- ゲスト仮想マシンで［services.msc］コンソールを開きます。
- 「Volume Shadow Copy」サービスを探して、［Properties］＞［Log On］の順に移動し、「This account」を「Local System Account」に変更します。
