Symptoms

Issue:
Error in RPA ClusterLogic.log is 
Caused by:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Operation failed. Failed to create JAM profile.

Cause

Root cause:
There is an invalid certificate, identified by VMware support, on the vCenter server.

Resolution

Resolution:
VMware Support must be engaged to resolve the certificate issue and then retry the install.
