AIX HACMP Clustered file systems are not discovered when the Cluster host name includes mixed case letters.

The following is seen in the AppSync Plugin log on the active node:

2017-09-19 08:24:29.074 host.py[1299]:getFilesystems() error finding resource groups: ['getopt: option requires an argument -- g']

In an earlier AppSync Plugin log on the active node, the following is seen, and the important item is that the new Result only includes the IP.

Cause

AppSync is not handling the mixed case fully qualified domain name properly.

Resolution

A hotfix that makes AppSync case insensitive to the fully qualified domain name exists for AppSync.
Note this article when calling in a service request to address this issue.
