Symptoms

CSIドライバーは一定期間動作しますが、次のエラーで失敗します。
当初、この問題は、複数のアプリケーション間でのユーザーの共有に関連すると考えられていた。CSIドライバー専用のユーザーでも、問題は解決されません。

CSIドライバーのユーザー名とパスワードはシークレットに格納され、検証され、変更されていません。コントローラー ログは、401応答コードと認証に失敗したことを示します。

Cause

2.8より前のUnity用Dell CSIドライバーは、STIG(Security Technical Implementation Guide)対応のUnityアレイと連携する資格がありません。STIGが有効になっているUnityアレイは、セッション時間制限を設定します。STIGを有効にした後、アレイでこのタイムアウトを無効にする方法はありません。

 

ここでのSTIGは、セキュリティ技術実装ガイドを意味します。これは、米国国防総省(DoD)情報保証(IA)プログラムに必要なコンピューター導入の構成基準を定義します。これらのガイドラインは、システムがネットワークに接続される前に、セキュリティ設定と構成オプションを強化するように設計されています。
