Symptoms

Tomcat był włączony, ale strona AAM (Client Manager) nie jest dostępna: 
Błąd niedostępności usługi
/var/log/apache2/mod_jk.log wyświetla błąd podczas podłączania do portu 8509.

Curl to port 8509 to localhost was showing connection certed(Zwiń do portu 8509 do localhost) wyświetlał komunikat o ujednoliconym połączeniu.

Cause

Port 8509 nie nasłuchuje localhost.

Resolution

1. Zaloguj się do serwera Avamar jako użytkownik administrator i podnieś uprawnienia użytkownika root: 

2. Utwórz kopię zapasową istniejącego pliku konfiguracyjnego server.xml:  
cp -p /usr/local/avamar-tomcat/conf/server.xml /usr/local/avamar-tomcat/conf/server.xml-orig
cp -p  /usr/local/avamar/etc/server.xml /usr/local/avamar/etc/server.xml-orig

3. Edytuj /usr/local/avamar-tomcat/conf/server.xml  i /usr/local/avamar/etc/server.xml, dodaj wiersz wyróżniony poniżej:  
    
    
     
 
4. Zapisz i zamknij plik. 

5. Uruchom ponownie aplikacje Tomcat i Apache:  
emwebapp.sh --restart
service apache2 restart
