Cause

호스트 파일에 현재 호스트 이름 앞에 다른 호스트 이름이 있는 경우 Dell Data Security 제품이 인벤토리 업로드 중 잘못된 호스트 이름을 서버에 보고할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

  1. C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc에 있는 호스트 파일을 편집합니다.

호스트 파일

  1. 현재 호스트 이름이 호스트 파일의 첫 번째 항목이 되도록 순서를 변경합니다.

업데이트된 호스트 파일

참고: 호스트 파일에 현재 호스트 이름 뒤에 있는 다른 별칭을 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.
  1. 완료되면 파일>저장을 클릭합니다.
  2. 호스트 이름은 다음 인벤토리 업로드 시 서버 내에서 변경됩니다.
