管理ポータルで "azs-S1-N04.azurestack.local のローカル正常性システムが使用できません。これは、正常性およびモニタリング機能の可用性に影響する可能性があります」

iDRACにログインすると、両方のノードが正常で緑色になります。
緊急リカバリー コンソール サーバー(ERCS)に対するiDRAC構成に変更はありません。


Cause

1.この警告は、ノードの物理的な劣化、またはネットワーク全体のノードへの接続の問題を反映している可能性があります。
2.また、このケースのように、HealthAgentサービスが停止またはダウン状態になっていることが原因である可能性もあります。

Resolution

1.上記の警告が表示された場合は、iDRACにログインしてサーバーのハードウェアを確認します。サーバーのハードウェアの正常性を確認します。
2.すべてが正常なハードウェア ステータスである場合、ソフトウェアの正常性ステータスが検出されない可能性があります。
  • その場合は、PEPセッションにログインし、ガラスを割って各ノードの正常性ステータスを確認します。

  • PowerShellコマンド ラインでステータスが[停止]になっている場合は、次のコマンドを使用して手動で開始します 
icm node-X {start-service healthagent -verbose}
  • start-serviceコマンドを実行した後、「get-service」コマンドを再実行して、正常性エージェント サービスを確認します。
icm node-X {get-service healthagent}
  • 5分間待ってから、管理ポータルを更新します。関連する警告は自動的にクリアされます。

メモ: PEP セッションを開くことができない場合は、スケール ノードをドレインし、停止し、開始して再開することで、スケール ノードを効果的に再起動できます。これにより、起動時にサービスが開始されます。
