Symptoms

Het MSC-herstelscript is mislukt, zodat het opschonen niet op de apparaten werd uitgevoerd. 

Afhankelijk van de locatie waar een gebruiker wil herstellen, kan het MSC-herstelscript mislukken met een van de volgende fouten:
  • GEEN KOPPELINGEN
  • CUU NIET GEVONDEN
  • GEEN SCRATCHGEBIED


Cause

Onjuiste logica kon niet bepalen op welke locatie de gebruiker actief was en gaf de onjuiste externe oproepen uit.

Resolution

Permanente oplossing:
  • Voor Mainframe Enablers 10.0.0 is PTF SRA0002 ontwikkeld om het probleem te verhelpen. Het is beschikbaar om te downloaden van Dell Technologies Online Support.
Deze PTF voegt logica toe om correct te bepalen op welke locatie een gebruiker wordt uitgevoerd en geeft externe oproepen uit met behulp van de juiste RDF-groepen.
