Symptoms

MSC 復原指令檔失敗，因此未在裝置上執行清理。

根據使用者想要復原的月臺而定，MSC 復原指令檔可能會失敗，並出現下列任何一個錯誤：
  • 無連結
  • 找不到 CUU
  • 無刮傷區域


Cause

不正確的邏輯無法判斷使用者在哪個網站執行，併發出不正確的遠端呼叫。

Resolution

永久修正：
  • 針對 Mainframe Enablers 10.0.0，已開發 PTF SRA0002 來修正問題。可從 Dell Technologies 線上支援下載。
此 PTF 新增邏輯，可正確判斷使用者執行的網站，並使用正確的 RDF 群組發出遠端呼叫。
