Symptoms

PowerProtect Storage Direct 삭제에 실패하고 다음 메시지가 표시됩니다. 
/opt/dpsapps/ppfsagent/bin/protectpoint backup delete backup-id <backup_id> config-file /opt/dpsapps/ppfsagent/config/storagedirect.config

Cause

Data Domain에서 생성된 ProtectPoint 사용자에게는 관리자 역할이 필요하지만 "none" 역할이 할당되어 있습니다.

Resolution

Data Domain에서 ProtectPoint 사용자에게 admin ROLE을 할당합니다.
