Symptoms

Sletting av PowerProtect Storage Direct mislykkes med følgende meldinger. 
/opt/dpsapps/ppfsagent/bin/protectpoint backup delete backup-id <backup_id> config-file /opt/dpsapps/ppfsagent/config/storagedirect.config

Cause

ProtectPoint-brukeren som er opprettet i Data Domain, må ha en administratorrolle, men den har tilordnet «ingen»-rolle.

Resolution

Tilordne administratorrolle til ProtectPoint-brukeren i Data Domain.
