Symptoms

Пряме видалення сховища PowerProtect Storage не вдається з наведеними нижче повідомленнями. 
/opt/dpsapps/ppfsagent/bin/protectpoint backup delete backup-id <backup_id> config-file /opt/dpsapps/ppfsagent/config/storagedirect.config

Backup <backup-id> will be deleted.

Cause

Користувачеві ProtectPoint, створеному в Data Domain, потрібна роль адміністратора, але йому призначено роль «жодної».

Resolution

Призначте РОЛЬ адміністратора користувачеві ProtectPoint у Data Domain.
