Dell NativeEdge: How to export logs from NativeEdge Service Console

Instructions
Upon starting the Service Console tool, select an interface on the same Layer 2 network as described in LKB000216330.
View the endpoint device logs in the terminal by selecting 'VIEW DEVICE STATUS' [5], or gathered by selecting 'EXPORT LOGS' [10] from the main menu.
To export the logs for support, select 'EXPORT LOGS' [10]. The log tar.gz is saved in the same location where the Service Console was started.

Select option from the menu list below: MENU 1. GET MANAGEMENT NETWORK INFO 2. SET MANAGEMENT NETWORK INFO 3. PING 4. TRACEROUTE 5. VIEW DEVICE STATUS 6. GET RENDEZVOUS SERVER 7. SET RENDEZVOUS SERVER 8. GET NTP SERVER 9. SET NTP SERVER 10. EXPORT LOGS 11. REBOOT 12. EXIT
To export the logs for support, select 'EXPORT LOGS' [10]. The log tar.gz is saved in the same location where the Service Console was started.
The export logs operation is currently in progress. The time required to complete this operation may differ depending on the size of the log files. Please wait until the export logs operation is completed.
