嘗試使用 RASR 重設程式重設 DELL VxRail 節點時，RASR 程式可能會失敗，並出現以下錯誤：「
安裝狀態：錯誤：指令檔15_setup_node.sh 執行錯誤」

在欄位：

1 中觀察到兩個可能的故障情況。以下訊息可在 501895.log中看到：VxRail：我要如何找到「.log」來疑難排解 RASR 問題？
HTTPs://support.emc.com/kb/501895「無法產生磁片對應，錯誤：（'invalid slot %s on disk%'s， u'N/A'， u'50000397bc896591'）」
並
獲得 PTAgent 的回應。代碼 200

2.在 RASR 程式期間，在準備系統時遇到下列警告：
無法啟動網路 （未從 DHCP 伺服器取得 IP 位址），
而且 Ipv4 位址在 DCUI 中一律會顯示 0.0.0.0。  以下訊息也會顯示在.log：
msg = '503 Service Unavailable （無法連線至端點：[N7Vmacore4Http16LocalServiceSpecE：0x03e100b8] _serverNamespace = /sdk 動作 = Allow _port = 8307）'  
 

Cause

案例 1：如果從 iDRAC 使用者清單中移除 vxadmin 帳戶，可能會導致此問題。
若要檢查 vxadmin 使用者是否存在，請連線至 iDRAC gui 和 goto iDRAC Settings-User > Authentication。

案例 2：此問題可能是來自交換器端的網路組態不當所導致。

Resolution

案例 1：如果沒有 vxadmin 帳戶，則需要根據 KB 新增498837：VxRail：需要的 iDRAC 設定HTTPs://support.emc.com/kb/498837。（層級 40 KB=僅適用于員工和合作夥伴）
將 vxadmin 新增回所有適當的許可權和密碼後，請重新嘗試 RASR 程式。

案例 2：  從交換器拔下網路纜線，然後再次執行 RASR。
