Cause

This is expected behavior.

Resolution

Check the DASH firmware version from the RtkDashClient (RtDashUI.exe).

To open the RtkDashClient, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Realtek Windows NIC Driver\RtDashService and then open RTDashUI.exe.
