Symptoms
Only one light is seen when connecting the dual USB Type-C cable of a Dell Performance Dock - WD19DC or Dell Performance Dock - WD19DCS to a Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 or Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250. There is only partial dual cable functionality.

Cause
The dock specifications require that the computer supports 210 w power for both LEDs to illuminate on the dual cables. The Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 and Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250 maximum power is 100 w.
Resolution
This is working as designed. The Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 and Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250 do not support full dual cable functionality. It can only support the functionality of one cable, resulting in only one LED lighting up.
