OpenManage Enterprise：4.5.x 無法顯示 iDRAC 的即時溫度

Symptoms

  • 裝置詳細資料頁面會顯示紅色方塊訊息：」Unable to complete the operation Get Realtime Temperature because the device did not respond.」
  • 監控指標標籤會顯示熱圖的「無可用資料」。
  • MessageId“：”CDEV6060“已註冊在 Tomcat\application.log 下。
  • 裝置詳細資料頁面顯示紅色方塊訊息：「無法完成取得即時溫度的作業，因為裝置沒有回應。」

這會影響所有 iDRAC10 韌體版本 >= 1.20.70.50 和 iDRAC9 版本> = 7.20.60.50

Cause

  • 在 iDRAC10 韌體版本小於 1.20.70.50 或 iDRAC9 版本 < 7.20.60.50 中，用於擷取系統進氣溫度詳細資料的 API 為 /redfish/v1/Systems/System.Embedded.1/Oem/Dell/DellNumericSensors/iDRAC.Embedded.1_0x23_SystemBoardInletTemp
  • 此 API 已變更為 /redfish/v1/Systems/System.Embedded.1/Oem/Dell/DellNumericSensors/iDRAC.Embedded.1_0x23_InletTemp 自 iDRAC10 韌體版本 1.20.70.50 和 iDRAC9 韌體版本 7.20.60.50 開始。 
  • OpenManage Enterprise 4.5.x 尚未將此變更合併到用於擷取資料的 API 中，因此發生錯誤。 

Resolution

此問題的修正可在 OpenManage Enterprise 4.6.0 版取得。
