Cause
根据戴尔电源策略，非戴尔电源需要至少为 5% 的电池电量才能打开计算机电源。如果使用非戴尔电源为电池充电，EC 会阻止计算机启动，直至电池电量达到 5% 或更高。
Resolution
要解决问题，请连接戴尔 65 W 适配器，或者如果使用非戴尔适配器，请等待电池充电至 5% 或更高。
