Data Domain：NetBackup/BackExec 的 Data Domain Boost 安裝與設定

本文說明如何在媒體伺服器上安裝適用於 NetBackup 或 BackupExec 的 Data Domain Boost，以使用 Boost 通訊協定傳送資料。

1. 查看最新的相容性比較表。
   確定備份應用程式版本、媒體伺服器作業系統版本、Dell EMC Data Domain Boost 附掛程式版本及 DDOS 版本相容。
2. 下載適合您作業系統和架構的 Dell EMC Data Domain Boost 附掛程式。在此存取下載驅動程式頁面：支援 Data Domain Boost - 開放式儲存裝置 |驅動程式與下載 |Dell US
   在左側面板中，按一下下列每個標籤上的 + 符號：Data Domain 軟體 - Data Domain Boost - OST x.x，請選擇 OST_x.x.x.x。
   然後在右側面板上，選擇要下載作業系統的外掛程式檔。
   對於 Solaris，有兩種類型的外掛程式檔，分別用於 Solaris SPARC 和 Solaris SPARC 64 位。
   執行 #uname ，並相應地為您的操作系統選擇一個。
3. 確保許可證存在且未過期。
   客戶必須擁有 Data Domain 的 Dell EMC Data Domain Boost 授權，而 Symantec 的 OpenStorage 磁碟選項提供 NetBackup （NBU） 的詳細資料，以瞭解在 Windows 和 UNIX 伺服器上檢查授權金鑰的位置。
4. 確保 DD 可 ping，且連接埠對 DD 開放。
   在安裝了 Dell EMC Data Domain Boost 附掛程式的媒體伺服器上：

#ping DDR shortname/FQDN should work. DD shortname and FQDN should both be resolved to the correct IP address (resolved by host file or DNS)
#telnet DDhostname 111 should work. Same for port 2049 

TCP 2049 （NFS）
TCP 111 （NFS portmapper）
TCP 2051 （受管理檔案複寫時需要，但自動映像複寫不需要）

媒體伺服器端不必打開埠 （111， 2049）。

5. 確定 DD 上已啟用 Dell EMC Data Domain Boost，且已正確設定。
6. 停止 NBU/BUE 服務並執行安裝。
   在 Windows 上：停止 Windows 上的任何 NetBackup/BackupExec 服務。
   解壓縮檔案，將其解壓縮，接著在 Windows 中執行libstspiDataDomainSetup.exe。
   在 UNIX/Linux 上，停止遠端管理員並監視服務 （nbrmms） 過程。

#nbrmms -terminate
#tar xvf ost.xxx.tar
#./install.sh <-d directorypath>

如果該外掛程式已存在，系統會提示您輸入 y 以繼續。
目錄路徑是可選的。如果未指定目錄路徑，指令檔將使用 /usr/openv/lib/ost-plugins，這是備份應用程式查找包的位置。
文稿安裝的共享庫檔是 libstspiDataDomain.so 和 libstspiDataDomainMT.so。
重新啟動備份應用程式 nbrmms 輸入以下程序：

# nbrmms (this is to start)

7. 確認附掛程式已安裝在媒體伺服器上：
   在媒體伺服器上，使用 bpstinfo 命令：

Windows: $install_pathVeritasNetBackupinadmincmdpstsinfo-pi
UNIX: # /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpstsinfo-pi

Dell EMC Data Domain Boost 附掛程式應該會有一個區段包含更新版本資訊。
如果沒有 Data Domain 附掛程式及其版本的區段，則不會安裝附掛程式，或 NetBackup 無法辨識該附掛程式。

檢查以下檔案是否在外掛程式目錄/資料夾中：
libstspiDataDomain.so
libstspiDataDomainMT.so
Windows：

$install_pathVeritasNetBackupinost-plugins

UNIX：

# ls /usr/openv/lib/ost-plugins/

8. 在主要伺服器或媒體伺服器上，設定儲存伺服器並註冊 Data Domain 系統：

#nbdevconfig creatests  storage_server ddrxx.xxx.com stype DataDomain media_server mediaxx.xxx.com

此命令中的引數區分大小寫。Data Domain 有兩個大寫的 D。

列出目前設定的儲存伺服器：

#nbdevquery liststs
#nbdevquery stype Data Domain

新增認證：

# tpconfig  add storage_server ddrhostname.xxx.com stype DataDomain sts_user_id ddboostuser password xxxx

9. NBU/BUE 組態
   建立磁碟池 （這可以使用 NBU 管理主控台完成） 裝置 -> 磁碟池。
   設定儲存裝置，並建立備份原則。
