Dell Unity: What is the SP CPU Utilization Threshold for Starting an OE Upgrade (User Correctable)
Summary: Prior to the OE Upgrade (NDU), you may receive a warning during the Pre-Upgrade Health Check (PUHC) if the combined SP Utilization is 120+%. Normal SP Utilization is considered between 50-70% per the Unity Best Practices Guide; it is then logical to think that a normal combined SP Utilization would actually be between 100-140%. ...

Instructions
If there are no current performance issues (outside the SP Utilization value), there is likely no need to dive further into this issue. However, there are things the customer can do to decrease the SP Utilization before the OE Upgrade (ex. pause replication, decrease workload, schedule the upgrade off hours and/or during a maintenance window, so on).
The PUHC alert regarding high SP Utilization is a warning, not a hard coded error. This alerts purpose is to notify the end user of a potential performance impact during the OE Upgrade/NDU process. If the PUHC is ran again (immediately after), then the PUHC will pass this check.
