Symptoms

I singoli client falliscono costantemente ogni giorno. Gli altri client del gruppo vengono completati senza problemi. Questi client in errore nsrexecd Il processo utilizza la porta 7938 anziché 7937.

Cause

L'intervallo di porte dei servizi del client in errore è stato modificato. Verificare con nsrports sul client.

[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-7938
Connection ports: 0-0

Resolution

Ripristinare l'intervallo di porte dei servizi del client al valore predefinito 7937-9936 con nsrports : 

[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports -S 7937-9936
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-9936
Connection ports: 0-0

Riavviare i servizi client sul client NetWorker:

Linux: systemctl restart networker
Windows: 
net stop nsrexecd /y
net start nsrexecd
