Symptoms

The OneFS event 'Physical Memory low (expected xxxGB, found yyyGB)' indicates either a defective DIMM module in the node, or a problem with the node's configuration.

NOTE
Depending on the node type and condition of your cluster, the amount of reported memory in the alert will vary.

Cause

Either a DIMM module installed in the node has failed, or the node's actual physical memory layout does not match its configured memory layout.
