Instructions
Replication can be enabled or disabled by running the replication enable or replication disable command.
# replication enable | disable
Checking the replication status
At the Data Domain system prompt (DD-CLI), typereplication status. This command displays the context number, destination path, whether the context is enabled or disabled, connection status, and the last time the context was synchronized.
sysadmin@DD7200# replication status

For a more detailed view of each context, type
replication status all.
To view an individual context type replication status rctx://<context number>.
To check the detailed stats of a particular context, type replication show detailed-stats rctx://<context number>. This example shows the output for context number 6:
sysadmin@DD7200# replication show detailed-stats rctx://6
CTX: 6
Destination: mtree://dd69.somewhere.emea/data/col1/RoosDR
Network bytes sent to destination: 11,120,752,512
Pre-compressed bytes written to source: 143,787,738,112
Pre-compressed bytes sent to destination: 12,174,315,871
Bytes after synthetic optimization: 12,174,315,871
Bytes after filtering by destination: 10,742,483,555
Bytes after low bandwidth optimization: 10,742,483,555
Bytes after local compression: 10,915,444,310
Pre-compressed bytes remaining: 0
Compression ratio: 1.1
Sync'ed-as-of time: Thu Jul 4 10:10
To check if the data is being replicated at the current time, type replication show performance rctx://<context number>. This example again uses context number 6:
sysadmin@DD7200# replication show performance rctx://6
