Tilannevedoksen luominen DD OS 5.0:ssa ja uudemmissa
  1. Kirjoita Data Domain -järjestelmäkehotteeseen: 
    snapshot create <snapshot> mtree <mtree-path> [retention {<date> | <period>}]
    Esimerkki: 
    # snapshot create test22 mtree /backup retention  1mos
Snapshot "test22" created and will be retained until May 31 2010 08:48.
    • Jos tilannevedos on luotu 1. toukokuuta 2010 kello 8.48 ja sen säilytysaika on yksi kuukausi, sitä säilytetään 30 päivää.
    Huomautus: Järjestelmään voidaan tallentaa enintään 750 tilannevedosta. Jos enimmäismäärä saavutetaan, järjestelmä luo hälytyksen. Voit ratkaista ongelman vanhentamalla tilannevedoksia ja suorittamalla sitten komennon Filesys puhdas.
