Symptoms
Receiving daily warning messages regarding "UDoctor alert: Root partition crossed 80% space utilization" in Unisphere and email alerts.
Cause
The problem is caused by the tomcat restart, and the more restarts that are performed the more temporary files are generated and left behind.
The fix will be in a tomcat startup script to delete the temp files during startup sequence to prevent this issue from re-occuring.

Resolution
Upgrade to Unity OE 4.1 SP2 (4.1.2.9257522) and higher code releases.
