Symptoms
在 SRS 組態中，當客戶嘗試按下「傳送存取代碼」按鈕以向 Dell 提出存取代碼要求時，Dell 會將存取代碼傳送至與支援帳戶支援登入資料相關聯的電子郵件地址。
有時，無論此步驟是否顯示錯誤，此步驟都會失敗。會出現一些可能的錯誤：
Failed to get available sites for Remote Support because the access code entered is invalid. (Error Code: 0x6400ba6)
(Error Code: 0x640009b)
it does't send the access code to the registered e-mail address.
