Symptoms
在 SRS 配置中，当客户尝试按“Send access code”按钮从戴尔请求访问代码时，戴尔随后会向与支持帐户的支持凭据关联的电子邮件地址发送访问代码。
有时，无论此步骤是否显示错误，此步骤都会失败。会显示一些可能的错误：
Failed to get available sites for Remote Support because the access code entered is invalid. (Error Code: 0x6400ba6)
(Error Code: 0x640009b)
it does't send the access code to the registered e-mail address.
