Symptoms

Il backup del database SQL di NetWorker viene forzato a essere eseguito completamente quando il livello di backup è impostato su incremental/logs.

Avviso nel log nsrsqlsv:

(pid7004) NSR critical 39 Failed to find matching recover object. 
(pid7004) NSR info 75 No full backupset was found for "database name"
Backup level forced to database full 

Cause

Gli indici per il client non vengono generati sul server NetWorker. Messaggi nei log daemon del server NetWorker:

File_index notice Notice: the index header for client is currently unavailable

Resolution

Eseguire 
'nsrck -L6 client name'
seguito da 
nsrinfo -n mssql clientname
e verificare che siano elencati i saveset.
Dopo 
nsrck -L6
Il primo backup viene eseguito a livello completo e i backup consecutivi sono incrementali/log solo se pianificati correttamente.

Additional Information

Verificare che sia controllato anche quanto segue:
1) Il modello di database è completo
2) Esiste
il backup completo del DB precedente 3) L'ultimo backup sul database è stato eseguito utilizzando NMM.
4) Non viene rilevato un divario di log.
