Symptoms



Quando si aggiorna il file OE VNX dalla versione 8.1.6.96 a una versione successiva o si esegue il comando dbchk, gli utenti ricevono un messaggio di errore "File system with id xxxxx had a mount record present in /nas/server/xxxxx/mount file but was not in use in filesys table. "

Es: Errore $ /nas/tools/dbchk
: Il file system con ID 24557 ha un record di mount presente in /nas/server/slot_2/mount file, ma non è in uso nella tabella filesys.

Cause

 Si tratta di un problema noto nel codice file VNX 8.1.6.96 e versioni successive.

Resolution

Correggere manualmente le incoerenze della tabella dei file system eseguendo nuovamente il mounting del file server nel modo seguente:

1. Esecuzione del seguente comando CLI dei file per individuare il server su cui è stato eseguito il mount del file system:

 # nas_fs -info id=<ID>

del file system Utilizzando il valore id ottenuto dal messaggio

di errore 2.  Eseguire il seguente comando CLI del file:

 # server_mount <server_name> id=<ID

>del file system Utilizzando il server_name ottenuto dal comando precedente (Elemento #1).

Eseguire il comando /nas/tools/dbchk per confermare.
