Cause
使用 Red Hat OpenStack 平台 10 時，必須在使用 VNX Cinder 驅動程式的每個主機上安裝 Dell EMC storops （https://github.com/emc-openstack/storops） 程式庫。Storops 是由 Dell EMC 建立和維護，是一個用來將命令傳送至 VNX 系統的 Python 程式庫。storops 程式庫不包含在 Red Hat OpenStack Platform 10 的基本安裝中。
Resolution
