Symptoms
A100ノードのドライブがSMARTFAIL状態になり、その状態が無期限に維持され、REPLACEに変更されることはありません。Flexprotectは実行されません。
「isi devices」からの出力は次のようになります。
Node 7, [ATTN] Bay 1 Lnum N/A [HEALTHY] SN:JPWxxxxxxx /dev/ad0 Bay 2 Lnum N/A [SMARTFAIL] SN:JPWxxxxxxxx /dev/ad2
Cause
OneFSのバグが原因で問題が発生します。OSは、起動ドライブをデータ ドライブとして扱おうとしています。ただし、これらのドライブには再ストライピングする顧客データがないため、起動ドライブをSmartfailすることはできません。FlexProtectを実行しても、これらのドライブには影響しません。ドライブはSMARTFAILではなく、直接REPLACE状態になります。
Resolution
再保護するデータがないため、SmartFailプロセスが完了するまで、またはA100起動ドライブでドライブが交換ステータスになるのを待つ必要はありません
デル・テクノロジーズ サポートに連絡し、SRを開いてドライブを交換してもらいます。
