Symptoms
A100 节点中的驱动器进入 SMARTFAIL 状态并无限期地保持该状态，永远不会更改为 REPLACE。Flexprotect 无法运行。
“isi devices”的输出类似于以下内容：
Node 7, [ATTN] Bay 1 Lnum N/A [HEALTHY] SN:JPWxxxxxxx /dev/ad0 Bay 2 Lnum N/A [SMARTFAIL] SN:JPWxxxxxxxx /dev/ad2
Cause
OneFS 中的错误导致了该问题。操作系统尝试将启动驱动器视为数据驱动器。但是，引导驱动器不能执行 smartfail 操作，因为这些驱动器上没有要重新条带化的客户数据。运行 FlexProtect 不会影响这些驱动器。驱动器绝不会进入 SMARTFAIL 状态，而应直接进入 REPLACE 状态。
Resolution
无需等待 Smartfail 过程完成或驱动器在 A100 引导驱动器上进入 REPLACE 状态，因为没有要重新保护的数据。
