Symptoms
A100 節點中的磁碟機會進入 SMARTFAIL 狀態，並無限期停留在該狀態，永不變更為 REPLACE。Flexprotect 無法執行。
「isi 裝置」的輸出類似於：
Node 7, [ATTN] Bay 1 Lnum N/A [HEALTHY] SN:JPWxxxxxxx /dev/ad0 Bay 2 Lnum N/A [SMARTFAIL] SN:JPWxxxxxxxx /dev/ad2
Cause
OneFS 中的錯誤會導致此問題。作業系統正在嘗試將開機磁碟機視為資料磁碟機。但是，開機磁碟機無法 Smart Failed，因為這些磁碟機上沒有可重新等量化的客戶資料。執行 FlexProtect 不會影響這些磁碟機。磁碟機不應進入 SMARTFAIL，而應直接進入 REPLACE 狀態。
Resolution
A100 開機磁碟機上沒有資料需要重新保護，因此不需要等待 Smartfail 程序完成或磁碟機進入「更換」狀態。
