Symptoms

RecoverPoint for VMs (RP4VMs)環境では、RPAがリポジトリー ボリュームとジャーナル ボリュームにアクセスできないため、コンシステンシー グループ(CG)がエラー状態になることがあります。

ダッシュボードまたはシステム ステータス出力のエラー:

ERROR: Journal volume [Copy, PROD, IOFilter_JVOL_00044] cannot be accessed by: RPA 2

制御/レプリケーション ログで発生する可能性のあるエラー:

ストレージ ログに、現在の時刻より前にログが停止したことが示されています(プロセスが実行されていません)。

もう1つの症状は、レプリケーション プロセスの再起動です。
RPAカーネル ログ(「*/files/var/log/kern.log」に抽出)には、レプリケーション プロセスの「Out of memory kill」が表示されます。

Cause

メモリ不足のため、RPAプロセスがクラッシュします。RPA VMにすべてのメモリーが予約されていませんでした。

 

Resolution

回避策:
RPAを再起動します。

解像度:
すべてのRPAにすべてのゲスト メモリーが予約されていることを確認します。

vSphereでvRPA VMを右クリックし>設定の編集...>[メモリー]セクションを展開し>すべてのゲスト メモリーを予約(すべてロック済み)を選択して>OKをクリックします。
