Symptoms

Impatto

Impossibile gestire l'ambiente VxFlex OS.

Cause

La versione di Java errata è installata sul server
gateway IM.In questo caso è stato utilizzato OpenJDK, mentre PowerFlex OS 3.0.x supporta solo Oracle Java.

 

Resolution

Installare la versione supportata di Oracle Java.
Consultare la Guida al deployment di PowerFlex per le versioni supportate.

PowerFlex OS 3.x - prima di PowerFlex 3.5

Risolto nella versione

Non si tratta di PowerFlex, bensì di un problema di compatibilità A partire da PowerFlex 3.5, OpenJDK è ora supportato.
