Symptoms

IMゲートウェイは、(TLSネゴシエーション中に)接続を途中で閉じます。同様のエラーがcinderログで確認できます。

問題

VxFlex OS環境を管理できません。

Cause

正しくないJavaバージョンがIMゲートウェイ サーバーにインストールされています。
この場合、OpenJDKが使用されていますが、PowerFlex OS 3.0.xはOracle Javaのみをサポートしています。

 

Resolution

サポートされているOracle Javaバージョンをインストールします。
サポートされているバージョンについては、『PowerFlex導入ガイド』を参照してください。

 

問題が発生するバージョン

PowerFlex OS 3.x - PowerFlex 3.5より前

修正バージョン

PowerFlexではなく、互換性の問題 PowerFlex 3.5以降では、OpenJDKがサポートされるようになりました。
