  Symptom 



System wont boot up to windows with Intel matrix Storage Manager option and a blinking cursor on the scree. The computer would not proceed to advanced boot option as well.

  Resolution  
  • Ensure that there is no USB Hard drive plugged on the system.
  • If there is any, shut the computer down
  • Disconnect the USB Flash/Hard drive
  • Restart the computer
