解決方案

請按照以下步驟解決應用程式啟動問題：

  1. 卸載 並 重新安裝 谷歌地球，看看它現在是否打開？

    如果這樣還是無法修正問題，請繼續執行 下一個步驟

  2. 關閉 谷歌地球

  3. 前往資料夾 C：\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Google\GoogleEarth：

    • （%username% 對應於您的電腦使用者名稱）

  4. 找到下列「.kml」檔案：

    • myplaces.backup.kml

    • myplaces.kml.tmp

    • myplaces.kml

  1. 在 myplaces.kml 上按一下滑鼠右鍵

  2. 按 一下重新命名

  3. 將檔案重新命名為 old.myplaces.kml

  4. 對其他 .kml 檔案重複重新命名步驟

  5. 關閉並重新開啟 Google 地球
