2018-03-15 23:48:45 CPU0000 Internal error has occurred check for additional logs.

Cause

Si tratta di un problema di comunicazione tra iDRAC e Intel Management Engine. Questo problema si verifica con il firmware iDRAC 2.00.00.00 o precedente e con il BIOS 2.8.0 o precedente.

Resolution

Dell Technologies consiglia di aggiornare il BIOS e iDRAC alla versione più recente per risolvere questo problema.

  1. Accedere al Supporto Dell.
  2. Immettere il codice di matricola o selezionare manualmente il modello.
  3. Accedere al menu Driver e download
  4. Selezionare iDRAC dall'elenco a discesa Categoria
  5. Individuare e scaricare l'aggiornamento iDRAC With Lifecycle Controller più recente
  6. Caricare questo file nella sezione Update and Rollback di iDRAC per aggiornare il firmware iDRAC 
Nota importante: è richiesto il riavvio di iDRAC.
  1. Selezionare BIOS dall'elenco a discesa Categoria
  2. Individuare e scaricare la versione più recente del BIOS
  3. Caricare questo file nella sezione Update and RollBack di iDRAC per aggiornare il BIOS
