Isilon CEE는 3초가 지난 후에 하트비트 요청에서 응답을 받으면 STATUS_TIMEOUT 오류를 보고합니다.  Isilon Cluster와 CEE 서버 간의 접속 구성 테스트입니다.  응답 지연은 여러 가지 가능한 원인으로 인해 발생할 수 있으며 여기서는 우리가 본 몇 가지에 대해 논의할 것입니다. 
 
1. 과도하게 구동된 CEE 서버로 인해 CEE 서버의 리소스가 부족함
  • 응답 처리가 지연되거나 CEE 서버를 과도하게 구동하여 정확한 시간 내에 응답을 제공할 수 없게 될 수 있습니다. 
2. DNS 조회 시간이 너무 오래 걸림
  •  전체 TCP 패킷 스트림이 너무 오래 지속되도록 합니다.
3. 네트워크 지연

Overdriven CEE 서버를 검토하기 위해 해당 서버의 작업 관리자를 살펴보고 CPU, 메모리 및 네트워크 처리량을 확인합니다.  90%를 초과하는 경우 CEE 서버를 더 추가하여 감사 로드를 분산하거나 CEE 서버에 허용되는 리소스를 늘릴 수 있습니다.  관리 가이드에서는 CEE 서버와 감사 노드의 비율을 1:1로 유지할 것을 권장합니다. 

또한 아래 두 명령을 사용하여 현재 감사 백로그와 현재 내보내기 속도를 검토하려고 합니다. 
# isi_for_array -sX 'isi_audit_progress -t protocol CEE_FWD'
# isi statistics query current --nodes=all --keys=node.audit.cee.export.rate

To avoid DNS lookup issues I advise to configure your CEE servers by IP instead of DNS name.  This eliminates DNS lookup and allows faster (marginally) audit performance with or without seeing the STATUS_TIMEOUT events.  


Network Delays can come up from many issues in the network configuration, a CEE server off site or on a different network with many hops can cause these requests to take longer than 3 seconds to complete.
