Windowsクライアント マシンのNetWorkerバックアップがVSSスナップショットの作成時に応答を停止します。
Cause
この問題は、Windowsクライアント マシンで実行されているCarbon Blackと呼ばれるサード パーティー製ウイルス対策ソフトウェアが原因で発生します。
同様の問題は、VSSスナップショットを手動で作成する際にも発生します。ただし、観察結果は、スナップショット作成時の時間とシステム負荷によって異なる場合があります。
Resolution
この問題を解決するには、WindowsマシンでCarbon Blackサービスを無効にします。
