VSS 스냅샷 생성 시 Windows 클라이언트 시스템의 NetWorker 백업이 응답하지 않습니다.
Cause
이 문제는 Windows 클라이언트 컴퓨터에서 실행되는 Carbon Black이라는 타사 안티바이러스 소프트웨어로 인해 발생했습니다.
수동 VSS 스냅샷을 생성하는 동안에도 유사한 문제가 관찰됩니다. 그러나 관찰 결과는 스냅샷 생성 시점의 시간 및 시스템 로드에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
Resolution
