Symptoms
The Service plan events show:
Mount copy, VPLEX_000053,AppSyncServerName,Error occured while masking the target snapshots to the mount host. Check the connectivity status of all backend arrays.
The AppSync Server log will show:

Cause
The use dedicated storage group option, as seen in the mount phase of the service plan is checked..
Resolution
Uncheck the use dedicated storage group option.
AppSync requires the use dedicated storage group option, as seen in the mount phase of the service plan to be unchecked when mounting a copy on a Dell SC array.
