Symptoms

スタック トレースの出力には、6個のCPUのうち5個のみオンラインであることが示されています。これは、スイッチがオフラインになっていて、リロードされなかったためです。

Cause

CPUの1つがオフラインだったため、スイッチの電源がオフになりました。

 

Resolution

恒久対策：

  • 6個のCPUがすべてオンラインでない場合は、スイッチを交換し、新しいスイッチがNX-OS v8.4(1a)以降で実行されていることを確認します。
  • 6 つの CPU がすべてオンラインの場合は、ファームウェアを NX-OS v8.4(1a) 以降にアップグレードして、再発を回避します。

 

Additional Information

これは、Cisco MDS-9396sスイッチにのみ適用されます。
