Connectrix Cisco: O switch está desligado devido à pane do kernel

Symptoms

A saída do Stack-Trace mostra apenas cinco das seis CPUs on-line devido às quais o Switch estava off-line e não foi recarregado.

Cause

Uma das CPUs estava off-line, o que fazia com que o switch desligasse.

 

Resolution

Correção permanente:

  • Se todas as seis CPUs não estiverem on-line, substitua o switch e certifique-se de que o novo switch esteja em execução no NX-OS v8.4(1a) ou posterior.
  • Se todas as seis CPUs estiverem on-line, faça upgrade do firmware para NX-OS v8.4(1a) ou posterior para evitar novas ocorrências.

 

Additional Information

Isso é aplicável somente para switches Cisco MDS-9396s.
