Symptoms

L'output di Stack-Trace mostra solo 5 delle 6 CPU online a causa delle quali lo switch era offline e non si ricaricava.

Cause

Una delle CPU era offline, causando lo spegnimento dello switch.

Resolution

Correzione permanente:
  • Se tutte e 6 le CPU non sono online, sostituire lo switch e assicurarsi che il nuovo switch sia in esecuzione su NX-OS v8.4(1a) o versione successiva.
  • Se tutte e 6 le CPU sono online, aggiornare il firmware a NX-OS v8.4(1a) o versione successiva per evitare che si ripeta.
