Teradici Partner Support is provided to Dell customers by Teradici on the following products:
- Teradici Remote Access Add-in Cards
- Teradici Cloud Access Plus
Teradici Remote access cards are physical PCIe cards that are installed into a computer to facilitate PCoIP Remote connections between computers.
Teradici Cloud Access Plus software provides PCoIP capabilities, without the need for additional PCIe hardware.

Teradici products that are sold through Dell are supported through Teradici Partner Support.
What is Partner Support?
If you have built your own product based on PCoIP offerings and have a service agreement with Teradici,
- Teradici provides you with the ability to escalate PCoIP issues to Teradici Trusted Cloud Advisor.
- We then assist your support group to find a solution to the escalated problem.
