Symptoms
When running the PPDM Job Monitor request, the request fails with the following error with the dpaagent.log:

Cause
This is a known Bug/Defect in Data Protection Advisor.
The PPDM Job Monitor request is asking for a range of information that the PPDM server can not provide.
