Cause
VASA Provider is part of the Powerstore Management operation, during primary node reboot the management (CP) is being failed over to peer node.
Resolution
The alert does not impact any existing virtual machines that reside on vvols.
VVOLs Protocol endpoint is not impacted during a node reboot (HA setup is required for alternate path access on peer node)
The only issue here is a temporal inability to perform VASA provider management operations
(Such as creating a new VM , browsing the vvol datastore or possibly perform snap operation on existing VMs)
No actions are required on customer or Powerstore Support , this alert is an expected behavior.
It will 'self-heal' when the management completes transition to peer Powerstore node.
