ESXi 로그를 수집하는 방법

시간: 02:14(비디오 재생 시간은 mm:ss 또는 hh:mm:ss 형식으로 입력)
선택 자막: 영어로만 제공되거나 여러 언어로 제공됩니다. CC 아이콘을 사용하여 선택 자막 언어를 변경합니다.



VC 지원을 수집하는 방법 

  1. vCSA에 SSH로 로그인합니다.

  2. 기본적으로 어플라이언스 셸에 로그인되므로 shell.set --enabled True command 및 shell 명령을 사용하여 Bash를 시작합니다.

  • 다음의 vc-support -l vc-support 로그 번들을 생성하는 명령입니다.
    수집이 완료되면 다음을 수행합니다.
    로그 번들이 명령 실행 시 표시되는 이름으로 생성되었는지 확인합니다.
    이 문서에서 "/storage/log/vc-vcsaxxxxx.xxxxxxx.local-2019-02-27-02.02-47743.tgz"는 로그 번들 이름입니다.

  • SCP를 사용하여 vCSA에 로그인하고 생성된 VC 지원 로그 번들을 시스템에 복사합니다.

    참고: WinSCP를 SCP 툴로 사용하는 경우 chsh -s /bin/bash root 명령을 사용하여 vCSA 기본 셸을 Bash 셸로 변경하고 WinSCP를 사용합니다(Bash가 시작된 후 2단계에서 실행).
    기본 셸을 어플라이언스 셸로 되돌리는 경우 chsh -s /bin/appliancesh root 명령을 실행합니다.

  • 복사한 VC 지원 로그 번들을 Dell 기술 지원 부서에 보냅니다.
